How do I make changes to my subscription? (i.e. update shipping or payment information, manage or cancel subscriptions)
Log into your account at Puraclenz.com. To manage subscriptions, select Subscriptions on the left menu, locate your active subscription and click View. On this page you can update your payment information, Renew Now to expedite a subscription to be shipped immediately, or cancel. To update your shipping address, select Addresses on the left side menu.
How will I get notified when my subscription is about to ship?
You will be notified via email at least 3 days prior to date of shipping.
Can I return a subscription delivery?
No, all subscription sales are final once they have been processed and shipped.
Is express shipping available for subscription?
Not at at this time.
Can I apply a Discount code to replacement parts or on my subscription?
Customers get a 10% discount when they subscribe and save. It cannot be combined with additional discount codes.
Are my replacement parts and subscriptions under warranty?
No, only purifiers include a two year warranty.
Is shipping free on my subscriptions?
Yes, all active subscriptions come with free ground shipping.
Is there a 30-day money-back guarantee on replacement parts and subscriptions?
